The aviation inspired conference and wedding venue designed for the Bayford Group and suspended in the woodland canopy on the listed Bowcliffe Hall estate near Wetherby, has now triumphed in two of the property industry’s most prestigious annual awards programmes having garnered a RIBA Yorkshire ‘Best Building’ Award for ‘Architectural Excellence’ announced earlier this month in which Jonathan Turner, CEO of the Bayford Group also picked up the highly merited RIBA Yorkshire Client of the Year award.
May has also delivered recognition to the practice as a whole with The Harris Partnership being named ‘Architect of the Year’ in The Yorkshire Property Awards 2015, whilst in April our Reading office won Best Education Building in the LABC Regional Awards for its work on the American international school, TASIS, in Surrey.
