Work has completed on a major new build mixed use leisure led development, adjacent to the Rushden Lakes retail development in Northamptonshire. The scheme includes a 14-screen cinema, which is Cineworld’s 100th leisure facility, together with restaurant and retail units on lower floors.
We are also responsible for the Garden Square development, a distinctively individual destination to the main retail led terraces, containing smaller boutique units with a unique central pod unit and high-quality landscaping. The scheme incorporates 10 bespoke units alongside a strong landscape scheme flowing through the pedestrian focused seating and relaxation areas.
The scheme is focused on creating a sense of place within Rushden and the wider area; harmoniously linking with the sensitive natural surroundings.
