One of the most popular retail schemes in the North-West, Coliseum Way at Ellesmere Port near Cheshire Oaks, provided our first refurbishment project commission from The Crown Estate following their acquisition of the park in 2012.
Block A works involved the refurbishment of the retail terrace and extension of an existing unit to create a new unit for Debenhams, at 60,000 sq.ft. one of the retailer’s largest stores outside London. In May 2015, we returned to site to progress Block B, phase 2 focussing on refurbishing all four elevations including new shop front glazing, cladding treatments and hard landscaping. Refurbishment to the final terrace, Block C, will take place shortly after involving similar treatment to the façades and glazing.
