Plans have been lodged for a development of more than one million sq ft of employment space in Leeds with the potential to support the creation of about 2,000 jobs.
The Harris Partnership are working alongside Sterling Capitol on the hybrid application to Leeds City Council for a 95-acre site at Capitol Park Leeds, by Junction 28 of the M62.
It has been estimated that the development would support the creation of about 1,890 gross direct, indirect and induced jobs, as well as about 175 roles during construction. It could also generate about £75.5m GVA (gross value added) per annum.
If approved, work could start on site in mid-2022, with completion potentially by mid-2025.
