Our design teams have been busy the last couple of months submitting schemes across the UK and we are pleased to announce planning permission has been granted for various new developments.
Projects include new build drive thru’s for Costa and Popeyes for our client London Metric. The units will be at a popular leisure destination just off Junction 27 Birstall, Leeds and will complement the existing offers currently on site.
We have also received planning for industrial and logistics developments including for the refurbishment of a historic warehouse at Barton Park, Eastleigh on behalf of Industrial Property Investment and a new build logistics unit at Green Park Business Centre, York on behalf of Paloma Capital.
