Planning approval has been granted for 100,000 sqft of industrial space across two units at Atlantic Park.
The first phase of the wider 800,000 sqft masterplan, will see two existing office buildings demolished to make way for a pair of modern industrial units.
THP on behalf of Royal London have also submitted an application for an additional 700,000 sqft across another five units at the 50-acre former Rolls Royce site. Subject to planning approval, it is estimated that the redeveloped Atlantic Park could create more than 1,000 jobs.
