We are pleased to announce that planning permission has been approved for the construction of a mixed-use development in Hattersley.
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council has given the go ahead for a brand new 57,000 sq. ft mixed-use development consisting of an Aldi food store, Costa Coffee café/drive-thru, 16 EV charging points, 179 customer car parking spaces and a maximum of 8 new employment units. The development will be complimented by proposed landscaping observing the local style. The site has been unoccupied for some time and it is hoped the local community will welcome this new addition.
The 5.5 acre site is situated adjacent to Stockport Road and Ashworth Lane.
