Works are due to complete on Phase 1 of the redevelopment at the former Kellingley Colliery Site, Weeland Road, Kellingley for Client CRT (The Coalfields Regeneration Trust).
The commercial development comprises of 3 blocks with a total of 9 shell only units of various sizes for a variety of end tenants. The development is being constructed by Harris CM based in South Elmsall.
