Phase 1 on the Treadmills Prison site in Northallerton will reach PC this month, the initial phase comprising of 3 retail units including a Lidl store will be completed by Castlehouse Construction for Central Northallerton Development Company Ltd. Phase 2 of the development including the ex-Prison Listed building refurbishment is due for completion later in the year.
