Our team is behind the designs for a multimillion-pound fertiliser manufacturing plant in Howden, East Yorkshire.
Commercial developer Horncastle Group and global crop inputs manufacturer Yara International have agreed a deal to build the 295,669 sqft facility.
Caddick Construction has been appointed as the main contractor on the premises which will contain production, distribution and office facilities.
The development of this plant marks the beginning of Phase II of the Horncastle Group’s Ozone Business Park, a logistics and distribution hub. Phase One of the development is located on the A614 Howden Road close to Junction 37 of the M62.
Our designs and Caddick Construction’s expertise will see Yara increase its footprint in the specialty crop nutrition business, one of the fastest growing markets in agriculture. The completed development will allow Yara to double the production of its YaraVita specialty crop nutrition products and biostimulants which are integral to the future of food security and mitigating climate change.
