The Isle of Man’s Spring Valley Industrial Estate in Douglas has been boosted with the completion of a retail project brought forward by the Wakefield office for The Isle of Man Development Company.
The team headed up by Associate Director, Gary Howcroft has provided designs and CDM Coordination services for the creation of two separate retail units comprising 10,000 sq. ft and 8,000 sq. ft following the demolition of an existing unit. These are now occupied by Currys and Pets at Home.
Gary Howcroft comments: “This project follows work carried out on another part of the industrial estate sixteen years ago on instructions from agents, Morbaine. They chose us once again due to our familiarity with the scheme and our long standing track record in delivering attractive retail facilities that complement their surroundings and meet occupiers’ operating needs. It’s most encouraging that on completion both units are fully occupied.”
