We’re thrilled that our plans for Harworth Group’s new employment unit on Gateway 36 in Barnsley have been granted approval.
Working alongside the team at Harworth and Johnson Mowat we developed plans for a 138,815 sq ft unit on a 13.1 acre site. The unit is planned to be built speculatively and will include offices, a service yard and 163 parking spaces.
In an office’s report accompanying the decision, Barnsley Council noted that the proposal was “of appropriate scale and a high quality design”.
