The Harris Partnership are delighted to announce that work has now started on the long-awaited £32m Flemingate regeneration scheme, in Beverley.
The mixed use scheme will consist of Retail, Leisure, Offices and a Cinema in the Town Centre.
Our Client; Wykeland Group, the developer behind the project, has also announced that Arcadia, one of the UK’s biggest names in retail, have now signed up to the scheme. Arcadias clothing retailers going onto the site will include Topshop and Topman, which will occupy a 12,500 sq. ft. store. They will be alongside H & M, Wilkinson, Premier Inn and Debenhams.
