The Reading office has provided designs for the extensive restoration of a prestigious Grade II listed terraced house in Knightsbridge which when complete will have a market value of £50 million.
The property on Ennismore Gardens will boast nine bedrooms over eight storeys and will have a swimming pool installed in the basement.
The practice has recently submitted planning and listed buildings applications for the project, and is also involved in the refurbishment of a three bedroom apartment in an adjoining building. Robin Needham Architect comments: “Being sympathetic to the building’s listed status while creating a contemporary space for modern living was our core aim. When complete the property will be truly amazing.”
