Work is now underway on site for 30,000 sqft of industrial and warehouse space, with a 3,000 office mezzanine.
Alongside THP and our client Gregory Properties, Sheffield-based BDB Design Build are appointed as principal contractor, working alongside Eastwood & Partners and RPP Group.
Gregory Properties acquired the two-acre site on Europa Link in May 2022 and secured planning consent for the unit in November.
Completion is expected by January 2024.
