A new 80-bed Travelodge hotel in Hull, designed by the Partnership for joint developers Realis Estates and Wykeland Developments has just opened its doors.
The eye-catching building, located on Pryme Street boasts a bar and restaurant at ground-floor level.
Carl Braim said: “The unique, contemporary design of the new hotel sits very comfortably with the neo-Georgian terrace buildings that surround it and the hotel is a significant boost to the ongoing regeneration of the city.”
The Hull project is in addition to two others that the Practice is carrying out for the Travelodge brand. The Manchester office provided designs for a Travelodge in Morecambe’s Arndale Centre, which is being brought forward by JAP (Morcambe) LLP and work on an 88-bed Travelodge in Birmingham, designed by the Practice for Realis Estates, is also well underway.
The Practice is also at pre-planning application stage on two Premier Inn sites within the London Borough.
