We have successfully completed and handed over Plot 9 at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Rotherham for our client Harworth Group plc. The unit will be occupied by international engineering firm Danieli and marks another significant milestone at AMP, a site dedicated to advancing high-tech manufacturing capabilities in the UK.
Danieli Group, a global leader in innovative solutions to the metals industry, have set up their UK headquarters at AMP, where their new 47,000 sq ft facility will drive innovation and growth, featuring advanced laboratories and distribution capabilities, furthering their commitment to net-zero initiatives in the global steel and metals recycling industries.

This project is part of The Harris Partnership and Harworth’s broader portfolio of work in the industrial and advanced manufacturing sectors, showcasing their expertise in designing and delivering facilities that align with tenants’ technical and environmental needs.
The onsite team included BDB Design Build as the main contractor, Engineers JPG Group and Harris Project Management who carried out the Principal Designer role.
