Construction is underway of the Blackburn Wing– a wing shaped building designed to celebrate the lifetime achievements of Yorkshire aviation pioneer Robert Blackburn. Set in the grounds of the listed Bowcliffe Hall in Wetherby Leeds, and former home to the late Blackburn, the Wing will be the centerpiece of a multimillion pound restoration project headed by the Bayford Group.
Works include transforming the main hall dining area into Georgian style Bowcliffe Drivers Club, restoring the former cricket pavilion and Rosemount Cottage into office accommodation, as well as an extension landscape Masterplan covering in excess of 5 acres.
