Work is well under way with the refurbishment of the 65,000 sq ft ‘Vison’ Retail Park for ACE Hartlepool Retail Ltd acting for M Seven Real Estate. The existing frontage is being replaced with new high level cladding, entrance signage features and high level colonnade whilst a new high level canopy with feature lighting proposed to run along the entire retail frontage will illuminate and enhance pedestrian environments.
