THP has also secured planning permission for a new 80,000sqft Sainsbury’s store in Kendal for client, Morbaine Ltd. The development will include the relocation of Kendal Rugby Club and creation of new facilities.
In a changing market for the large foodstore, THP have also secured consent for a 120,000sqft Sainsbury’s as part of a larger mixed use development in the London Borough of Sutton. Designed for LXB Properties, the scheme will also include over 170,000sqft of new residential accommodation.
