Building description:

New build mixed use district centre redevelopment, to include a over 100,000ft² new retail, 15,000ft² Lidl foodstore, offices, market square cafe and library works.
Currently on site with completion early 2009

Joint partnership development between Stockton Borough Council and Thornfield Properties for the regeneration and masterplan development of a large district centre within the north east.

Future phases are currently in discussion with the Local Authority with regards to both neighbouring sites, major foodstore operators and fast food projects.
