for Project Management Services Travis Perkins employed HPM as tenant’s representative, external QS and/ or Project Management consultants since 2005 to plan, monitor and control the refurbishments/ new build Wickes construction projects in terms of qualityas specifi ed in the Client Brief, to meet required timescales and costs within budgets all set against a strategic property portfolio. HPM are currently still working with Travis Perkins to redevelop a Wickes site in the North.
