Magnet employ HPM as tenant’s representative and/ or external Project Management consultants to plan, monitor and control the project in terms of quality as specified in the Client Brief, to meet required timescales and costs within a budget all set against a strategic project Business Case. Coordination of a project team including directly employed subcontractors and other consultants is required. Site Meetings are held to report on progress and thorough systematic control of variations is carried out to report on change during the project at agreed milestones.A flexible methodology is adapted for each project as required to allow the efficient management of communication, information and change throughout its lifecycle from inception to occupation.
Mixed Store Fit Out, Crossflatts, Bingley
The newly constructed unit was fi tted out in June / July 2007 over an 8 week programme to form a retail showroom, trade display area, offices, amenities and warehouse for storage. The unit shell was designed by The Harris Partnership.

The building was previously an AA concession within Halfords. The unit was fitted out in July/ August 2008 over a 7 week programme to form a retail showroom, customer toilets, staff room and offices.
