The landlord of a retail unit in Huyton shopping precinct required its division to lease to two new tenants which included division of services, construction of new party wall, new entrance door inshopfront, new customer toilet and general making good of the structure generally including security shutters. HPM managed this project on behalf of the Client who had no further involvement than the original brief which detailed required cost, timescale and scope of works.
