Harris Project Management offers services for planning, co-ordination and control of projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure the desired benefits are achieved. This ensures that projects are functionally and financially viable and completed on time, within authorised cost and to the required quality standards.
Harris Project Management operates nationally from offices located in Wakefield and Reading and offers expertise in Project Management and Quantity Surveying for projects throughout the UK. The company was formed in 2001 and forms part of The Harris Group which also includes our sister companies, ‘The Harris Partnership’ (Architects and Architectural Technicians) and Vector Design Concepts Limited (Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, 3D Visualisers and Landscape Designers), all with extensive experience in producing innovative solutions for Retail, Industrial, Office, Leisure and Residential new-build, fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Communication
Harris Project Management firmly believe that excellent communication skills supported with a clear, strong and flexible framework methodology is the key to delivering successful projects. It is important for all project stakeholders to clearly understand the required objectives of a project and be managed in such a way to ensure the benefits are delivered to the Client. Preparation, distribution and management of all information must be suitable to ensure all Project Team members are not overloaded with facts or, similarly, have insufficient data.
Cost Control
Our team of Quantity Surveyors can plan and monitor project finances from budget costs at inception stage through to final account agreements.
CDM Coordination
CDM Coordination can be offered alongside PM services from an early stage in the project to ensure our Client’s full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. ‘The right information is distributed to the right people at the right time’ to minimise health & safety risks.
Peace of Mind
The employment of our qualified and motivated Project Management team allows our Clients to sit back and relax from project inception through to completion and occupation, safe in the knowledge that the Project Team are working to meet set objectives under a competent Manager who will report on progress at regular milestones agreed at the start.
